We turned up the heat and traveled to the South Pacific Islands
where we enjoyed a luau and Hawaiian IMU , a fire pit filled with lava stones and banana leaves. A pig is laid into this pit and cooked from the inside-out. Well, O.K. so we used a crock pot...it was delicious!
Our resident dancer taught us how to hula dance.
CAVIAR?! Everyone had to at least taste a smidgen. Someday these kids will be at a fancy reception and remember the first time they tasted this delicacy from the Russian waters of the Black Sea.
